AMAZING experience at the Zen Spa at Salon 720. Sarah and her staff took great care of my mom and I. We were just here for vacation and Sarah treated us like we were her lifelong friends. Couldn't have left any happier! Such a relaxing atmosphere!

The salon itself was okay. They saw me right at my appointment time, it smelled nice, and my hair turned out great. My stylist (Kirstie) was so fun!! The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it felt like a newly built place because there was no artwork on the walls or anything. It felt a little like a spare room in someone's house that had some portable hair cutting stations set up. It didn't look like a salon. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The price was better than the other area salons I've been to.
I am very insecure about my natural hair, to the point that I put on a wig EVERY day to hide it. I finally decided enough was enough. I wanted a fresh start to healthy hair and Josh did that for me! I can happily say I have been wig free sense I left the salon! I really admired how well the stylists worked together, they had no issue helping each other out when needed, that's something I have never seen in other salons.
