This is a great bowling alley. The lanes are well taken care of. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are also great. Tammy is a great bartender! We had a fun evening bowling here. I recommend this bowling alley over any others in the area.
Worst place ever to Bowl with your family. The staff and specially the General Manager are rude and unhelpful. I went with my family Thursday afternoon to play. I went to the counter and requested 3 games to the General Manager , he got my my credit card and charged the full amount. After charging me he turned around and asked one of his employees if there was any available lane. They answered that no. He got my credit card and supposedly refunded half of my my money. He didn't asked me or even said anything to me. After supposedly returning half of my money, he told me: " You can play only one game, that's it". I said I paid for 3. He answered : " you can only played one, you have no choice". That was absolutely rude, I didn't asked for one game, I paid for 3. He charged my money and after that he realized that there was no lanes available? It shouldn't be all the way around, asked first and charged second?. After that he was absolutely rude and aggressive with me and my family. He said that I had no other choice and I could go and complaint wherever I wanted to. He practically kicked me and my family our of the place. So, we are Monday and I still don't have my money. I called to corporate offices and Spoke to somebody That said, that I will receive a call back, but didn't. At the end, I am 36 dollars short and didn't play at all. I wouldn't recommend this place or this company to anybody. Be careful, next time you go there, they will charge you and then say that they don't have lanes available. I do believe that is a scam. This was not and accident.
Very good to spend a night with friend playing bowling, and if you don't want or don't like to play there are pools and a bar. I had a very good time with my mates there!
Super fun place, I like that it's not overly crowded! I come with the family always. There's a little bit for every age group.
The bowling alley looks great, it's over priced though on everything. Two small sodas 7$?! No thank you. The people could be a little friendlier as well.
