Very quiet. The people have been very friendly. Grass is always cut. Pool is always clean. Close to Wal-Mart, restaurants and 15-20 min ride from Disney World. If they weren't so booked up we'd stay long term. Great place to be.

Should of stayed at KOA. After long drive from Canada,I didn't arrive till 9pm. They wouldn't let me in so I had to try to find somewhere to stay overnight. Parked at Walmart down the road and they kicked me out cus no overnight parking. I ended up parking fir the night down the road further at sams club. Anyway, came back to check in a 9 the next morning and the lady was late. I only planned on staying 3 nights, but wanted to leave after 2. Tried to get money back but because I couldn't leave until 4 they said no. Very unaccomodating. Never will come back and will be sure to let others not to bother

Nice lady on the phone took my reservation. Got there and the place is closed from 12 - 3. Had no idea where to park. Picked a spot as directed on the information pasted to the door of the office. I was told there were big rig pull throughs. No, there are not. Had to disconnect my car and back in. My 38' RV is sitting in a swamp. Went to lunch, came back at 3:30 and the manager was pretty rude. Said we were in the wrong spot. Well, the spot she wanted us in had a work truck on it so she didn't make me move. They said they have wifi - which they do - as long as you're within 20 feet of the office. After that -- nope - nothing. They said there was a dog walk/park area. It's a 3' x 4' piece of grass in the back by the dumpsters and "decorated" by a ton of raccoon and cat poop. I was awoken Sunday morning by a motorcycle gang either picking up someone or dropping someone off. I really didn't want to ask. Also, there are a lot of diesel engine trucks that drive through here all night. Well, you get what you pay for. Full hookups for $36 a night with 50 amp service. I knew I wasn't getting a KOA deluxe park, but this is kinda yucky. I will know better next time. I will definitely budget better next time! Some pretty odd people here, too. I keep the doors - all of them -- locked on my RV and car at all times. I'm a little nervous walking my dog after it gets dark. It IS convenient to most places, however. Haven't checked out the pool as it's been raining for 3 days so far. Looks ok while driving by. Seriously, pay the extra $$ for a good park. This is on my "oh, I don't think so" list.

Very nice, cute and cozy living... absolutely adorable
