I've been bringing my 2 year old here since she was about 6 months old. She was born with her front two teeth and no one else would take her as a patient... Doctor and staff are wonderful! Always explains and never feel rushed.. The office is extremely clean and well kept!
Overall my Autistic son had a very good experience with this dentist. They were very caring and understanding. The office is very well maintained. They reward the children with coins at the end of visit to get a prize from their toy capsule vending machine, which my son loved! Front desk staff definitely need more training on customer service.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because i feel like the they can have a long wait time and always have booked schedule ..( which can happen anywhere and I guess isn't a bad thing .. shows how much they need to expand!)
The staff and Dentist are awesome!! They have a lot of patience with my son and no matter how far I move or what hours theu have, I will forever be their loyal customer. They are just that good.
We love it here! Esp Sonya at the front desk. She goes above and beyond for the patients. The rest of the staff is caring, knowledgable and treats your child with dignity and grace. Sure, scheduling can be very long between but it's because so many people love it here.
They were able to book my son in for an immediate check up, at the office they were very accommodating and efficient. The medical staff and Dr. Travaes we're very pleasant!!!
