Very nice store. They didn't have slip covers. I asked they said only on line.
The Sephora store was great. I'm not a makeup person at all but my daughter who is six loves to play with it. We got stuck in the store for over an hour so to the rain and this girl gave my daughter a "makeover" I'm sorry I forget her name but she was absolutely amazing.
JCPENNY STORES IS HORRIBLE AND ALL OF THEM NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ! I bought gold name plate earrings back in 2010. I also purchased with the lifetime warranty to get fixed. The clasp would always break off this earring and I would always send it in to be fixed. I never had a problem my earring would be fixed and returned back to me. I sent it in plenty of times (over 10 times) recently I took it to Jcpenny to be fixed again and received a call that they can not repair my earring and I just want them to give me the money for the earring. Of course I do not want this because I love my earrings and I don't understand why they was able to fix my earring in the past several times but now they can not. It is in the same condition it always was in when I took it in to be fixed. I was told by a jcpenny representative that they just recently changed their insurance company and this could be why. I am extremely irate. As a customer I was promised life time warranty and that was false!!! The managers here at this store have no sympathy or care. When asking to speak to an manger they are always on break or take forever to come from the back to help. The representatives are slow paced and do not take time to understand your concern. Their new system is a scam and the jewelry department is a rip off. Their Jewelry does not last and god forbid it breaks because they may fix it a few times but after that they will get "tired" of fixing it and offer a buy out. And he buy out is a horrible deal because the price of jewelry is only going up these days and the money you spent years ago will not amount to the price it is today. Therefore you will end up digging more into your bank on top of having to buy their horrible life insurance plan, which technically is not of life!!!!! My earrings are repairable (I'm sure because they fixed before) they just choose not to do to benefit themselves! I will be escalating this matter forward!
This JC Penny store however is very disorganized and cluttered. Never once have the employees said hello or if I was okay they just stare and or walk by.
Horrible the manager who is "an award winning photographer" and made sure everyone on the studio knew she was the nice girls manager was a disaster. Fake patience with kids and not interested in listening to a families personal requests without rolling her eyes! Just fyi I am paying for a service and asking politely, you are not doing me any favors! !
Horrible lines felt like a Marshals but the prices reflected Nordstrom’s. They wanted $172.00 for two pairs of jeans and a shirt. Outrageous! Left everything on the counter and went to Beals next door. Same brands - no lines half the price purchased 3 pairs of jeans and 3 shirts same brands for $150
