Rating a funeral home is horrible but what im about to say is gods honest trust. I recently lost my brother and i reached out to them for services. So many things went wrong that i should have known better. From walking in an being greeted to being offered water and them not having any to the director talking to my mother un professional. With that being said me being the main to hold the family together i told the director that the cost would be cover by life insurance. Ahe stated clearly she works with life insurance all the time. So we went and moved forward. After siging the release form to allow them to pick up my brother from the medical examiners office. Once they picked up my brother things quickly changed from pricing that was offered to casket not being available and needing an oversized casket. And lastly after providing us with service dates i then received a call a day before saying "i need the full payment if not, there will be no services." Quickly thinking i was able to find another funeral home who would take care of us as humans and do thing right and go above an beyond the call of kindness. I was able to have my brothers services else where. Now the nightmare. To have my brother picked up i meedes to pay $1200 cause he was dressed ans embalmed. Well sadly when picked up yes is was embalmed makeup was dine horrible and he wasnt dressed nor did san juan know where his cloths was located. They had to trace it down so that the new funeral home could pick it. Lastly i received a call that two death certificates were at the office and i could pick them up and how sad to say that was also a lie i ended up having to pick them up at the health department and also pay for them once again. San juan funeral has no morals. Ill never forget the directors quote " were all hurting and thirsty for money" so clearly its all about money and not the morals of any family memebers walking into the funeral home. One last thing two weeks later i just got my brothers jewelry back that San Juan had no intentions on returning also. Took us questioning and calling the police to retive the items. And FYI if dealing with Wendy stand strong and stirn she doesnt know what she is doing or saying very unprofessional. Think twice family friends or unknowns before doing business with San Juan Funeral home.
The best experience we could of ever had! Araceli's was extremely helpful to our needs. The staff provided us with an outstanding service throughout the entire day. In these times of need they were very sensitive, punctual and true to their word. We could not have asked for a better staff and service. Me and my family were very happy with they way they treated us. I recommend this Funeraria to everyone.
To all my neighbors in Kissimmee, Poinciana and Davenport areas please do not chose this funeral home for your loved ones services, their overpriced and very rude. They not only disrespected my family but my beloved cousin who just passed. They lost half the family in the procession and they did not explain the rules just said that we had to follow close behind but not that we could run the red lights. The funeral director treated my family unfairly and the owner was rude. What should of been a peaceful and loving goodbye for our family turned out to be a horrible experience. I give this funeral home a -5 stars
The service was excellent. They answered all of our concerns and walk us through all the details with patients. The day of, the program ran smothly and gave us enough time to mourn our love one. We were impressed and satisfied. I recomend them.
