Completely impressed with the way they are handling my case. Everyone keeps me updated and getting action on getting dates for surgery and such. So far so good.
I'm still waiting for a conclusion to my cases but everyone has been so nice and caring. Everyone has empathy for what you're going through.
Through the process so far they have been great. Always there to answer your questions or concerns whether it be via e-mail or phone. I would definitely refer them.
I'm hoping for the best when it comes to our daughter. If you go to Morgan and Morgan try to have a good understanding of what you want from them and ask if they give you monthly updates. That's one thing I would like to have. Because when there is a future of a loved one involved, the waiting gets hard. Especially after 2 years of doctors and physical therapy.
Horrible service I will never go back there again. Very unorganized, they never keep you updated on your case, never answer and never return phone calls. This has been the worst law firm I have went to. I will not recommend this firm to no one.
