I love this place. So comfy and cozy with a good selection of books. The staff is great too. It could be bigger, but size isn't everything. The recent renovations have it looking retro chic. :)

Saturday June 11,2017 I came in with 7 children. Four that are mine and three from my boyfriend from another relationship. So this summer we talked about taking the kids to the library to pick out some books for them to read over the summer. Well we need library cards so we go to the front desk and say we need library cards for each child do we can show the children how to check out books and what not. So everything was going well besides the laughing of the front desk person that was helping us. Was I wrong to think she was laughing at the number of kids we had not something that was funny. You should think that's nice kids are reading now a days or soemthing. But no she just kept on laughing so then she told another person that she would be right with them once she is done and laughed again, she would stop laughing and then laugh again and then another women come to help what works at the library, then made a face like OH MY GOD! Witch I knew was directed to us. Overall I didn't feel welcomed or felt happy to get my kids library cards she made me feel like leaving because we were different because we had seven children from ages 13,12,x2 11,x2 9,and 6 and we were not normal or we were from another plant. It just a remember how people take seeing something different like it's funny and not welcomed. To top all off I'm Hispanic and the lady was African-American witch was sad to see how she was acting. I was fended by the consent laughing. I have no choose to go over there because it's the close library but I also thought to go to hanies city library and not returning if I don't have too.
It's a nice library, but it's a little hard to concentrate with the staff talking about politics at the front desk. Try to sit in the back.
