My main problem is that they never answer the phone almost all the time I make my appointments threw phone because I live 40 minutes away from this place I've been more than an hour calling and it rings and rings and no one answers. All day I've been calling then they hang up on me and I have to start all over ..i am 37 weeks pregnant then if I don't make my appointment they making me feel inresponsible for not calling sooner. Its not my fault that they don't answer then they give attitude to.. Very Upset! .
They never answer their phone, ever! Even if they do, they keep you waiting on line for 40 mins and then hang up. Really unprofessional and clearly don’t care about their guests.
I've been calling for a week to set up an appointment and still have not been able to get through. Either the like rings and rings or I get the busy signal.
Was very helpful, besides giving me the wrong address for bvl medical center they need to update their papers, spent over an hour walking around in the heat looking for the address given.
Horrible overall! Every single time I go here. I waste ATLEAST 3 hours of my day! I have gone up to 5 hours here, and 4 have been waiting! They seriously only have one doctor attending people. The nurses also are very heavy handed and not careful. I would recommend that if you can go somewhere else. Do your self the favor and don't come here.
