I buy yesterday a bunny for my baby and was awesome!! The owner call me back as fast they arrive and i get my pet. Thank You so much!! Highly recommended!!
The shop is super small. We drove to visit from Orlando and the only employee never asked us once if we have any questions or if we were interested in anything. We were the only people in the shop. Next time I want to drive an hour for a bird shop it won’t be to this one.
:/ idk... As soon as i went in, the woman showed attitude.. i went to the front and she was ignoring me completely..i ended up not getting anything...plus, the place barely has anything mostly small bird cages and tiny turtle bowls..not worth the visit..
Service is great!! It's my new favorite pet store ! Much better prices than anywhere else ! I'm so happy I came here and bought my cockatiel from here also and he is the sweetest bird I've ever seen ! I love how they actually put in the time to hand feed their bird so they're friendly to people. Thank you so much Romanos pet shop !
They false advertise!! no puppies at all when I went and no hamsters either. Also, the store it about 5 square feet... 10 people couldn't fit in there. The only pets they have are birds, with teeny bird cages. If you want a bird, then it should be a good pet store for you. It shouldn't be called a PET shop, it should be called a BIRD store.
