Staff is very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me select a new pair of shoes. I was very impressed with the customer service.

Nice selection of New Balance Sneakers. Great prices as well. Checkout the clearance rack for some decent deals.
Outlet for New Balance outfit. Looks and works exactly like all other athletic-brand outlets. I do not have any other NB store-visits to compare with, but I did not find this one overly favorable with regards to the current offerings.
