I bought scatched sunglasses and was advised to return next week to swap them with new ones. 1 week later no new ones were received and they declined to refund me my money.
Horrible place and the worst customer service ever received in Florida.
Lee (Hispanic lady) told me that there’s a new policy in place that prevents us from offering refund while a big sign on display encouraging any return with 90days. After I got serious with her she refunded me my money and advised me that we are trained to BS people about the non refund policy. I can’t believe what these people are doing to achieve their sales quotas. Never buying anything again from this place again.
