Went in for a tire rotation and they did it so fast! The customer service is awesome!! Very friendly employees. My mom and I dropped the car off and walked to the loop. It started raining and we accidentally forgot our umbrellas in the car. The manager was so nice that he came and picked us up! Great work, great customer service!
Bought all new tires about 2 years ago and it was the best purchase I've made. The warranty is great. Already had 2 tire repairs due to nails and the customer service is great everytime I come here. Fast and very simple. They know how to take care of their customers!
This will not be my go to place for anything tire related. Long story short i took my car to tires plus because i had a flat but used fix a flat so i could get my car up and running. Tires plus told me it was impossible to get a patch onto the tire because fix a flat was used. Discount tire told me they could do it and i know it had to be cleaned of the substance the fix a flat used to seal the tire. They did it with no issues my tire now has a patch and my tire is balanced. Even better they didn't charge me for it. This place will now be having much more business from me because of this. All i can say is thank you!
We ordered a tire yesterday and it arrived today. The price was exactly as quoted and we compared online and it was certainly the best value. The service from Cesar and his staff was absolutely incredible. We made the error of going to Walmart Tire to try and get a repair done and it was not done correctly. We had to order a brand new tire. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
I went there for them to check a flat tire. Ordinarily I love discount tire, but this particular store for some reason put multiple cars in front of mine. I asked after two hours if there was a time table for them to start on my car. David (the gentleman inside responded, “your car will Be next.” However not even 5 minutes later, I saw them reach behind my key, and take someone else’s car. I immediately went to him and asked for my key. I’m okay with a long wait if I’m waiting my turn and you’re genuinely busy, but the service I received today was pretty deplorable.
