I had my car in the shop for some service and car was there for 2 weeks. When i picked up my car there was two shopping bags with couple of brand new ladies purse was missing from my trunk. I thought i should tell Hector about this without blaming him but without apologizing and realizing what happend he got mad at me and started cursing at me defending his employees. Do not go to this shop. All they will do is rob u and ur belongings. I was stupid enough to trust this cheap prople. Lesson learned !!
I have been taking all of my cars to HH for a little over 4 years now and couldn't even begin to ask for better service. Hector is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. His prices are more than affordable and the quality of work is great! Typically mechanics tend to take advantage of women and over charge but I've never had to experience that with Hector and his team. You can tell that he has an incredible amount of expertise. My family and coworkers all go to HH Auto Repair for all their car needs because they all trust that Hector can get the job done big or small. Ana (his wife) is always so helpful and keeps you updated through out the entire repair process. I am so grateful for this pair and this shop! They've got lifetime customers in me and my family and friends! BEST SHOP IN KISSIMMEE.
Hector is without a doubt the best mechanic I've ever met! Never in my life have I ever met a man with more integrity, humility and professionalism than Hector. Ana is so kind and helpful! When I brought my car in I needed it back the same day and she kept me updated throughout the day to put me at ease. They have a customer for life with me and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone.

I am the proud owner of HH auto repair in service for more than 15 years and my employees are being with me for a long time,,this person Mamun Rahman brought his car to be check ,we gave him an estimate and he never call us back to tell us what he diced to do he left his car for two weeks because he couldn't afford the repair then he send somebody to pick up the car and 2 days after he is accusing us that his missing some belongings from his trunk_____Sorry Ugly Duckling No Free repair or money from us,, trick somebody else
