I retract that statement the management called me back. Did an excellent job explaining to me the damage policy now we are in the process of resolving the situation and it was in a very fast time period I was contacted. I'm very impressed. Customer service is AAAA-1 I feel silly for even posting my bad review. I was the A-hole in this situation thank you guys.
I have paid attention to the detailing area, carwash machines, and how it is organized while I work here. We do try to provide the best quality for the customers but it just takes time to perfect the detailing :)
However, after getting the "Super Clean" service my 2012 Jeep looks BRAND NEW! WOW!!! I'm so impressed of the job I'm never going anywhere else. I've had several people get in my Jeep and ask if I got a new car. I'm not sure how this reflects on my personal "auto hygiene", but I don't care. My car looks like new and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!
I was seriously considering replacing some older dash components and buttons (possibly even my steering wheel) because they were so worn down. Even the lighted buttons were wearing off. I had cleaned them several times with no better results to the looks of my interior.
On July 26 I took an F-150. To the car was and my bed light was broken. I called the owner and explained the situation to him. He asked if I still had the receipt I explained to him. No I have a bank statement for an $8.00 wash. Which included 5.00 car wash and $3.00 tire shine. He tells me there is no $8.00. This repair is gonna cost me. $150.00. I told the owner please let's not let my lawyer get involved. He immediately tells me. He can't speak to me now. That I said please let's not get the lawyers involved. This place damages your vehicle and tries to find a way out of not fixing. It. Poor business practice. Poor customer service. I wouldn't go to this place. Ever ever again. So. Guys. Watch out for property damage. It will not be fixed by this establishment. And I'll continue to remark. On this til. The situation is resolved. And other arenas as well.
By far one of the best, if not the best, car wash. Always very clean. Car looks great afterwards. Go there once a week for a wash. Free vacuums after wash.
