Called for alignment. They say come in. I come in and this person tells me 1hr wait. Waited More than an hr while two idiots stuffing their faces eating in the desk laughing. And the mechanics walk around. Come to find out one of the idiots AFTER the hr tells me to put my name in the paper. Got tfo of there. Costumer communication. Learn about that.
Took my lowered A4 for an alignment and was missing a washer on my camber adjustment. The owner took the time to te the mechanic to put it on for me and get my car aligned properly. Showed me specs of before and after. Will be coming back.
Quite possibly the only honest auto mechanics left in this world. They fix it and don't try to upsell. They understand we work for a living too.
