My mom got the news today that she is cancer free! I called Golden Carriage last minute to see if they could deliver flowers to her same day. The woman I spoke to was so helpful and said that she would personally make sure that the arrangement would be delivered today. Plus the arrangement turned out beautiful. I appreciate it so much. Don't give this business your money! If you order from 1800-flowers, make sure they don't send your order this these people. A friend secretively ordered me flowers to be delivered on Sunday Mother's day and it is now Thursday and they still have not arrived. They have only attempted once and that was on Tuesday (my friend hadn't been to my new house so she didn't know there was a gate code needed) so they just left. Didn't call me or her to let her know they were delivered. So my friend asked me Thursday morning if i had received my gift yet and i asked her what gift? She called the florist and they said they couldn't get in on Tuesday (hadn't even tried again) so she got the gate code from her and they called me to verify the code and to make sure someone was home. This was at 9:45am! At 2:51pm they called me from the store saying no one was home when they were just there and that they are done attempting to deliver and now they must be picked up. I asked why didn't anyone call me when they were at the door. Someone was home! Its a two story house and if you are upstairs, you cant hear if someone was at the door. She said there were no cars (car was in garage) and no one answered so they assumed no one was home! She was so rude that she even hung up on me when I asked her name and the name of this florist. I called her back and yelled at her for hanging up on a customer and she was like, "Oh, I was done with this conversation".... Well i wasn't. I told her I was going to put bad reviews for her and her company and she said she didn't care! Wow, and this was the owner! Name was Anita. After visiting many "Review" pages for this company, It appears "hanging up" on customers is their favorite thing to do. Stay clear of this company!
Horrible arrangement, I ordered hydrangeas and reveived carnations then they told me that they would give me back the 6 dollars cost of hydrangea.
Shopping was a pleasant experience. The owner is very friendly and professional.
Cheapest looking arrangement will never ever buy from them.
