It is the second time I order in kissimmee florist and do not send the 12 roses I paid. they make a combination of flowers. They sent him only 6 roses, the rest was filled with flowers. they do not follow instructions.
I won't use anyone else. Just had my 27th anniversary and of course they killed it. Even when they delivered wife wasn't home. Gave them my garage door code, albeit my garage is tied to my hvac. I always call them and say I have x amount I want to spend and tell them the reason and leave it to them. Never let me down.
