Just went to the Hair Masters at the Loop for a haircut and coloring for the first time. Bianca was very professional and answered all my questions with great patience and understanding of what I wanted. The color was perfect and the cut and style looked great. No wait...great attitude...salon very clean. I highly recommend this salon to everyone
Today was a very pleasant experience. I've never been in this salon before and I was on the fence about going here because of the bad reviews. Eventually I said screw it and just wanted my haircut already so I went; and I'm glad I did. I was greated immediately and we talked about what I wished to have done and also about what my budget was looking like. Not only did Jilla give me the exact style I wanted but she also gave me helpful tips on how to maintain and take care of my hair (as a good stylist should). I felt very welcome, we laughed and kept communication. I certainly recommend this salon. It's an affordable, clean and friendly environment.
Had an appt at 2:00 while waiting to be seen a walk in came in and was seen before I was with the same stylist who I had my appt with. When I asked what was going on with my appt I was told to have a seat and would be next...I ended up leaving because have I known that walk ins are seen before appts I wouldn’t have made one.
I've been going to Hair Masters for years mainly because of Bibi, my favorite hair stylist. She has been very patient through all the different demands I've had over the years and always gives me the best advice about my hair. Yes, at times the wait may be long but she is definitely worth waiting for. Thanks Bibi for my fabulous haircut today. I love it. ♡
Best haircut I've ever had! Elizabeth listened to what I wanted and she delivered!! Great experience! I will definitely go back.
