I had my hair done by Jay aka Jonathan today.... I was a little nervous at first because I usually don't go to salons to get my hair done, but not only did he make me feel totally welcome, but he did an amazing job!!! He dyed, cut, highlighted and did long layers on my hair! I already booked my next appointment with him! I can actually say I have a stylist now!! :D You rock Jay!! 2 Thumbs up to you!!
Salon was awesome. I felt like it was sunny outside just from how bright it is in the store. Stephanie was awesome. And then I bought some of the ulta beauty products and they gave me a free make up gift bag loaded with stuff. That was an incentive. Will definitely be back
so it's a bit small, doesn't have everything that some of the larger ULTAs do, but overall nice, plus the ppl that work there are rly nice, and it's right between my work and home, so i like it.
Customer service is terrible. One of the girls at the register was helping a customer (card problem took 5 minutes) and the other girl (blonde) at register who appears to be a manager decides to open register and count cash instead of helping alleviate the long line (which grew after she ignored me). Seriously?! Call for back up or something instead of having one register working. Oh, and another employee came over so manager asked her to come over to talk. Almost walked out, disappointed, but I really wanted the items I purchased since I made the drive. In the past, I usually get decent service not stellar but today was terrible. Definitely not going back for a while.
Going by what my wife says and what i saw, it is a very nice store with a lot of brands, if you need a brush you will have a great choice here, and the same goes for every thing else, they also do in house beauty and hair, but im told its dear.
