Just called to ask for pricing on a Stihl Chainsaw. This item did not show on their website. I've been in the store a bunch of times so I knew they were there. Upon calling, I was told that if I wanted any information on the saws I'd have to come see for myself. Regardless weather or not you know the information, that's no way to talk to a customer. I was looking to spend a good amount of money in this store today but after that, I won't be going in this store anymore.
