Worst Harbor Freight ever been to manager said I don't have time to show you where something is
This place is great. Staff are kind and the deals for tools are great!!! Never go to harbor Freight without your coupons. Favorite place to shop for tools.
World Worst Customer Service! I'm not usually one to complain but there is 15 people in one line with one cash register open, while they have 4 stock boys putting useless items on their full shelves.
You just can't beat the price and service. Excellent place to shop.
Extremely poor costumer service. The manager was actually complaining and arguing about having to "deal with people". No courteous at all. Employees at the register not helpful and in a hurry. No one helps while you are trying to purchase anything there no matter how expensive. Won't be going again and certainly will NOT recommend it to anyone!
