First and last time, waited more then an hour to be called, only 1 tech and they can't even tell u how many people is ahead. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
First time patient today, 5/22/17. Walked in to the front desk and waited to be greeted as typically in a medical office but the receptionist was busy texting so I said hello first and she gave a friendly hello back. The wait process was very minimal which is a pro but as I was called to the back, the technician was rigid and cold. I had to inform her of what was going on and after doing so I felt like I was bothering her so I didn't even bother to mention that my last name was spelled wrong on my chart. I've never had a technician not ask what's going on and my past history. The office is well kept, not very cool in there being that there were no fans. Pro was that it was fast for what I went in for, con is that the staff are rigid.
Worst office ever theres only one tech. Even if you have an appointment you're still looking to wait 3hrs even with your scheduled appointment. Horrible place to be the wait list is backed up and you have patients waiting and sitting outside the door.
Everyone is nice and its a nice place but jesus!! Ultrasounds take seriously 5-10min each yet you wait 2hours!! Idk if they have a tech that shows up late or what.. Slow!!!
Would of gave 5 stars but wait time is ridiculus but with good reason and cause. They are very thorough ans explained everything even found out things my previous dr never advised me of that are detrimental to me and my unborn child. I would recommend especially if high risk and dont want to worry about you or your unborn childs health.
