My daughter had both wrist/hand x-rayed due to a fall she had. We were told she had bilateral fractures of wrist. At check out we're told they couldn't verify insurance and therefore had to pay out of pocket for the visit which included bilateral brace (DME). When I followed up with an orthopedic Dr, I was told she did not have any fractures at all. She was misdiagnosed and the process of insurance verification was handled correctly, costing the patient much! We will never trust doctor/staff at this location. This was a rip off visit.
I have been to this office twice with my daughter. Once was a year and a half ago for a broken arm. They were so nice and very caring. We didn't wait long but we did end up going to the hospital because the break needed surgery. The second time was last week after she fell and required stitches in her chin. We didn't wait long. Everyone was so nice and very professional. The longest thing was waiting for the numbing cream. I am a RN and have worked in offices and hospitals so I am very familiar with how things should run. I highly recommend this office. We actually drive about 45 minutes to get there but well worth it.
We went to the doctor Sunday with a complaint about the big fever since Friday, there were no more complaints about a cough or a sore throat or Anywhere else. The doctor found an infection in his ear and prescribed to drink syrup for 10 days, which was quite strange because Any even not a significant infection or cold In the ears accompanied by pain and this can not happen without complaints of the child. On another opinion It most likely any virus to which the antibiotic was necessary, actually that have made in other clinic.
Where to begin, treated like fools, laughed at by doctor who said I was silly because he could see lice if my kids had it, never really looked at my kids head, I was made to feel stupid, well they both had lice, I sent my kid to school too, they sent her home, diagnosis???? Headlice. I refuse to ever go here again. They used to be great, now sad.
Got charged $200 for them not to examine my son and just say they can take care of his issue that he would have to go to a specialist. Recommended a type of specialist,phone number and all to find out that they don't even handle the issue that my son had. So in my eyes I just got charged $200 for walking in.
Fist off everyone there is very nice. So I would give them a 5 star on that.
