Fire house subs is an awesome place to have (subs) The food is great i tell ya. The service is fantastic as well i recomend this place.
I used to work nearby this firehouse and it's without one of the best. The crew, the magement, the whole team make you feel welcomed. You can tell they enjoy each other's company and that energy creates a great environment. Thank you.
The staff makes all the difference they make you feel like family they are constantly asking you if you need anything, if everything is ok, if any extra help is needed, very friendly great sense of humor, real genuine smiles they even know customers by names, such a great spirit atmosphere they really enjoy what they do, a great "thank you" for the staff.
I give it a 5 star for 1. It was not pack. That could mean the food is not good or to much of a price. But the price was good and for the first time I enter to Firehouse Subs, the sandwich was pretty good. Phillysteak. I was perfect for my taste. Next Vista I want to try there meatballs sandwich.
This was our 2nd visit, first one was Great. The Manager was in and had the place running smooth, all staff were very customer service oriented and exceeded in all aspects. This time around, No manager, no greet upon entering store. Real poor customer service, Soda machine was out of all choices, staff unfriendly, over all bad service. This will definitely be Our last visit!
