Ordered 2 pizzas at 1:55pm while waiting and added another moments later. Finally at 2:36pm we left as one of the original pizzas was accidentally given to a delivery driver. We only found this out after asking status several times. So 2 of the pizzas sat on counter for 15+ mins (1of the original ordered and the 3rd pizza ordered later) while the other being made again...NO apology, no free pizza offered, NADA! We have loved Papa Johns for years and the SouthChase branch is usually or home branch. We came to celebrate a Kissimmee Youth Baseball win today and left feeling like losers against team "customer no service".
It was great, asked them to draw a picture to help me forget my college paper and they did just so and drew a panda. Also the pizza was great as always.
Went here for pizza after I pre-ordered online and everyone in there was happy and friendly. I have never seen a place that pays minimum wage to workers and the workers are so happy. GO PIZZA!!

Staff needs a refresher and practice in Customer Care. Not all the staff was involved, just the ones who knew about this mix up.
