I am extremely disappointed at the management there. On Thursday my cousin and I went to the loop cinema to enjoy a "Girls trip"(which was a vulgar and discriminating movie with poor and desperate humor)...we were greeted by a lovely ticket man, and after purchasing the tickets (to get the full movie experience) I purchased popcorn, snacks, and a soda which came out to another 25$...we were having a great time up until I realized that this movie was not enjoyed by either of us, so we asked for a refund and only got the tickets refunded ... So I asked if I could at least get refills for another movie and was told "No". What a waste.
I haven't been to the Cinema for a long time, glad I went to Regal!! I upgraded a complimentary small popcorn as Regal offers a birthday incentive. The staff was great, ticket booth and concessions. Very enthusiastic as I ask them to critique on the film I was about to see, they were spot on! All around great experience, really made my Monday night!! Thx Regal Cinemas!!
Nice and clean place. Saw a Sherrif's deputy around which is always a good thing. Prices are way high for food and drinks but they have a vast selection. For a Friday night on Kissimee I was expecting a big crowd assholes of but thank God it was not like that. There is a Ben and Jerry's ice cream parlor and a Johnny Rocket's next to the cinema which is pretty awesome if you live in the area.
Very clean and orderly. Employees nice but could be more knowledgeable on products.
We bought our tickets online and weren't sure if our points were added to our account. Austin took care of the situation for us. He knew all the ins and outs of the app and was very proficient. Very helpful!!!
