While on a recent vacation, my husband won this ginormous Minion stuffed animal. There was no way we could get this thing on the airplane, so we decided to ship it. We came here because it was very close to our resort, and I'm so glad we did. The owner was so helpful and kind. We managed to stuff our minion in a box and get him shipped home for less than the price (and hassle) of trying to check him at the airport. Service was excellent, convenient location, reasonable prices for packing materials. Thanks again!
Their customer service is horrible. When trying to find my missing glasses that was sent to their store, they were very rude and hung up on me as well. Tried to speak with Anabella (manager) and she was actually even more rude. Now i have to replace glasses that were over $200 because of their negligence. I would not recommend this pakmail at all!!!! Find a business who will actually care for your stuff!!!!

We arrived into town to pick up a very important package after Pak Mail had closed. I emailed them on the off chance someone would be checking the email over the weekend. Surprisingly I got a response and the staff at Pak Mail went above and beyond. They went back to the store late that night, picked up our package and even drove to our vacation rental that night to deliver us our package. If not for their above and beyond service our vacation would not have gone well. Thanks so much!
told it was .20 each but then charged me $2 additional for "computer use" ... really? Worst service ever, not profesional at all.
We had medication delivered here and they could not find the package until after we left. They appeared to have no system of organizing packages delivered. They sent us to the Holiday Inn resort nearby because packages are frequently mis-delivered, they said. This was a complete waste of vacation time. This place is an organizational disaster.
