COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Legitimately could not care less about your mail or packages. They just stole another one of mine. Will lie to you about delivering it to your front door(when I was outside my home at the time watching my dogs) and tell your there's nothing they can do and that's it. They have lost my mail and delivered my things to the wrong address literally right next door, thank God I have nice neighbors, and still don't care. This place is THE worst. I'd I could give them 0 starts I would.
The female clerk needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers. She talks over them and do not listen to what their issues is. She's extremely unprofessional and her job needs to be taken away and given to someone who knows how to talk to and treat people. She's a waste of tax payers money.
It doesn't surprise me seeing all these 1 star reviews. This is by far the worst post office I have been too. I was stunned at how the employees handle their customers, very rude, and it seems as if they look for any possible way to not help you get your mail. I have been waiting for keys to my mailbox for a solid month now. Unfortunately we have to deal with this post office.
Way even be open to the public when you are not open until 5pm. Plus the staff are not accommodating at all. Need to close this post office permanently, why bother having it.
This place is absolutely RIDICULOUS! THEY have a knack for losing packages or delivering "to wrong addresses". They are thieves!! I absolutely hate their customer service! They are rude AF!! You don't like your job QUIT and stop being a-holes to paying customers!!
