Excellent service here, nice and friendly, always helpful, quick to get your drinks and all food is cooked fresh.
Had a great meal. waitress was awesome even added a $6 tip. We got home saw we were charged our pre-tip amount, as well as the post tip amount, although I only signed for one. I have been dealing with managers for 3 days Was informed that this happens all the time with the double charging. Still do not have the money refunded.
Can't wait to come back for another visit!
I was very impressed with this IHOP and the management! Loved watching Carrol help his employee's! He was getting drinks, answering questions, greeting people and cleaning tables.. basically going above and beyond!! Great job!! Team work there was amazing!! Wish we had service like this in Jonesboro Ar!!
If you ever come to Florida on holiday, or you live here, I would highly recommend the food.
The burgers are also very nice and they have a good selection of different meals, so if you didn't want pancakes, you don't have to have them. They do omelettes, burgers, breakfast, pancakes, waffles and much more.
Our waitress Rosa was amazing. Handled the order in an efficient manner and got our food quick! Thanks for making it a great experience
Their pancakes are amazing, I have never tasted anything like them! Just wish they would do them in the UK!
Great customer service from our waitress her name is Diva. Can not express how confortable she made my husband and I feel on our visit. We really wanted to let the Manager on duty know but, unfortunately we never saw a Manager walking the dinning. Also went to the greeting desk and asked the young gentleman that was there for the Manager but apparently he did not know where the Manager was at the time. The food was excellent. Restrooms were very clean.
