This place is flooded and stinks. The owners are good people but the wife is a bad person likes to disrespect people. I left during the afternoon and did not go sneaking to avoid paying as they say. I paid in full before leaving, but I do not return, I prefer to go to theme world in davenport.
The manager who named new does not serve the only thing he does is to defame people. The one who knows about math knows that if I pay him the rent of a month that for that entnces was $ 360.00 and I only live for 15 days it is assumed that I was over $ 180.00 to claim them and he told me that they did not return money. I said OK. then the $ 85.00 dollars that I owe you of electricity of the 180.00 that you will not delver me and stay with the rest that are $ 95.00. I moved and then I find out that she is defaming me by saying that I do not pay her the energy. I never did bad to Ray in 4 years with the rent and she gets to defame me when the only thing I do is to work and not disturb anyone, and they never had any complaints from me.

I stayed there das pay everything ti stayed a week but it rained and I flooded the White lot. When I went to go I told the manager that I was gong for that happened to me and gave me my remaining money back. I was upset she told me that you can not return money. That wonan I do not know where se came fron but se is not professional person. A Word to describe it is crazy so much. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE :O
I want to inform you that I lived 4 years and I never had any problems with Ray and unfortunately a Puerto Rican came to the complex which completely changed the rules. How sincerely the place no longer serves to live. for reasons that she is charging the light to 14 cents!!! the kilowatt and no place in florida is paid that amount but is to 11 cents. And of 360 it was paid of batch of the overnight the raised to 450 without previous warning. which I understand that the lots in other sites are 450 to 500 but have good maintenance and are not flood areas and you can put your own light and know how much is paid only say this so that no one goes by what I pass.
