my family and I went there for the first time. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the whole facility and the professionalism of the lifeguards. They are constantly rotating them around and look very attentive. Safety seems to be a priority. Those complaining about not getting a refund if it rains need to read their policy or maybe check the weather before heading out to there. It's not their fault it rains so it's not fair to rate this place based on that. I would definitely be back and will be recommending this place to friends and family
Nice park. Family friendly. Assistance for people with disability. Staff is magnificent. The area us clean, as noted, the staff goes around and pick up stranded pieces of trash. Very courteous staff.
My family and I went last week the crowd was fairly nice and the kids enjoyed the slides and no entry pool. However they closed the pool for 30 mins at a time 3 times! Then after the third time they shut the pool down all together for a he rest of the day. The lady at the front said we couldn't get a refund even though we were barely there for 2 hours. We most likely won't be going back just because of the inconvience.
It was a nice place but was told our 3 month old could not use her float witch was fine we understood however the family next to us decided to change into thier bathing suits right in front of our kids like who does that!! And nothing was said to them!!
