Notwithstanding the condition of the carpet and furniture at this particular Bank we were exceptionally pleased with the personal attention received from the relationship manager Mrs Rosemary Castano. Unaware of the appointment process, my mother and I walked in to settle some issues regarding multiple joint accounts that she held with my recently deceased father. Rosemary went through extraordinary efforts to sit us down and patiently explain how to rectify the accounts and then "re-keyed" the accounts with proper designations. Then initiated a new ATM and a new Visa card for my mother. Rosemary understood the situation clearly and helped my mother obtain some Financial Independence-something that she has been missing for much of her life due to my father's management of all the finances. Thank you Rosemary for the two hours of your time and for helping Mom regain some financial control and independence. Your thorough approach, patience, and sincerity make you a superstar!
