I have been all over the world and banked with dozens of banks AND CREDIT UNIONS. By far, Chase bank is THE BEST! Poinciana office is one of the most personal offices around. Not only did they provide me services asked for but they found other ways I could save money... i.e. Veterans accounts. My fees are virtually non-existent and I don't have to worry about dropping below a minimum balance so I can allocate that money elsewhere. Thanks Chase!!! You will always have my business.
It was a nice experience. I recommend going. to Ms.Cammock. Tell her Armani sent ya. She's very down to earth and understandable and just lovely.
God I been here for over 40 min and they have call one person and they have three cashiers and three customer service but they taking too long to take care of people bad customer service.
Got here at 11:44 am is already 12:40 still no one has got called up. Currently still here waiting to get a new card place sucks. Drive an extra 10 mins and get faster service people
This is the worst customer service branch that I have ever been to. I live in Poinciana and I rather drive to Kissimmee because anywhere else have better quality customer service without attitude, and shorter wait time then this place. To simply speak with a representative it's almost like having a doctor's appointment it literally has taken me an hour and a half to speak with somebody that hase an office desk one time I went to withdraw a certain amount of money, it was a small amount and the clerk ask me with Attitude, why am I withdrawing such a little amount I can do that at the ATM, and I explained that the ATM is broken. I never go to this Bank unless it's an emergency but not by choice, by choice I go Kissimmee, Orlando or any branch not this one.
