Someone tried to use my card out of state and they blocked it (how wonderful). But they didn't think to tell me, instead all my suppliers get to tell me, software companies I do business with, etc. I have a business account but it would have been just as bad on my personal account. So I call them and they explain to me my card is blocked. Then they say I need to drive (45 minutes) to one of their branches to get a new card. I go into the location with another 45 minute wait and they tell me their debit card printer system is down and they don't know when it will be back. WOW! I have never paid to have a business and personal account and this bank charges me $25/month between both of my accounts. To get this type of service, have to drive, can't get a card and I have to pay for the account also? No way! Leaving this bank tomorrow when I can go open new accounts somewhere else.
closing my account! I know I don't deposit million dollars a week but I am very disappointed!
Great Bank! They have fast, friendly customer service and the personal bankers are professional and knowledgeable. This is a very convenient location for me and I love that they're open until 6 p.m. M-F and have weekend hours. It really is a "convenient bank", as their commercial says.
I hate this. Bank the ATM machine is always down not accepting cash nor checks at times which inconveniences me because I have to drive 30 miles back and forth

I've called corporate and complain about their assistant manager! The store manager was supposed to call me and never did! This is what you call either one Management or they just don't give a damn about their customers!
