Honestly, I saw these guys have 4.9 stars and thought....it is fake. They must be paying people for reviews. Then we saw firsthand why this group is rated so highly.

I can honestly say I am a little surprised how easy this whole process was. Buying a car isn't supposed to be this easy and the process is not supposed to be this transparent. Brandyn and the group at Mullinax have earned a loyal customer from here on out. If you are looking for a car, you would be crazy to not start your search here first.
My son and I were in the search of a Manual 2017 Ford Focus. We searched all over central Florida and found most dealers did not have the model or color we wanted, or even worse some dealers had no inventory of manual Ford Focus's. I bought a vehicle from them a few years ago and their service then was the same if not better then the 1st time. They were patient and accommodating. They truly did everything in their power to get me and my wife what we needed to leave the dealership with two brand new vehicles. Ryan was our sales person and man he's great! Hopefully you get a chance to me George as well, believe he was a floor manager but just an awesome guy, willing to help you with anything. Being my 2nd time I've understood that there 1st priority is customer service. Definitely recommend them!!!
My husband and I went to the Kissimmee Mullinax Ford because of the review rating it had online compared to the other dealerships. We were met inside the door by Manny who was pleasant and asked if he could help us in any way. We told him what vehicle we were looking for and all of our requirements. He looked through the inventory and said that he had one that was close to what we were looking for. He went and brought the vehicle inside for us to look at. It had what we wanted and a little more. We had never been to a "no haggle" dealer and wasn't sure what to expect since I love to haggle. The price that he quoted with all the rebates, incentives etc. and the price for our trade in was better than we hoped for. We went there to look and a few hours later drove home in our new crew cab. A great experience for us, and thanks to Manny answering all of our questions and having patience with us, we would highly recommend this dealership.
I was very happy with the way we were treated on the Sunday prior to my purchase on 11-21-17. Mark Timmins was very helpful, extremely patient and very forthcoming in answering all my questions. He offered suggestions that we took to heart as well. No pushy salesmen, no harassment and being treated as a valued customer. All on my terms and my time. It also helped that I actually found the car, Ford Escape SE, that I was looking for and best fit my needs. It all came together. Mark, the car and the entire Ford experience. This was the first car I bought on my own. Thumbs up to your company. And the best shout out to Mark. We will be back next year to buy another car from you.
My wife and I showed up late last night right before closing. We came to drop our car off for service and thought we would look around at some newer models. Brandyn came out and answered every question we had and didn't seem to care what time it was.
The up front pricing and no hassle sales was refreshing. No back and forth, no talking to the manager, no negotiation. I would say they have a great team of salesman, but Brandyn never once tried to sell me anything. He was just a good dude. He simply showed me what I wanted to see and made sure I did not have any questions.
