My service person, Jay Blakenhimmer, at Napleton Chrysler was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and helped me get to get the best tires possible for my jeep at the best price possible - at the time, the special running is buy 3 tires get 1 for free. He was very attentive to my concerns that I had and always provided a good answer to my questions. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience.

After a test drive I met parts Mgr Les who took time to gave me great advice on the custom build. John put a deal together that Luke sales general Mgr got approved.

n I first saw Napleton online. The site was easy to navigate through. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. I was able to tell Bob Conti my needs and my wants out of the vehicle, he printed out a list and we went for a walk about an hour later I was test driving a car that I really wanted. A few hours after that I was signing the papers on a new car. The next day I picked up my new car more then happy with the service and quality of customer care at Napleton. Our truck buying experience at Napleton was great!! Our salesman Mike London was thoroughly knowledgeable about the truck we were interested in, he was honest, very friendly, he listened and understood us and communicated exceptionaly well to the rest of the team. The sales managers, Jacob with his positive attitude and Alex with his amazing determination, went over and above what they needed to do to get the sale done. Leroy the finance manager was pleasant to work with and got us in and out of the final step to getting our truck as efficiently as we have ever experienced, always with a smile on his face.
