Even with the bad reviews I went and my experience was good. Receptionist, nurse Elaine and Doctor all of them were nice and professional.
I had an appointment, showed up 20 minutes early and I was only seen briefly. I was finally seen (briefly) an hour after my scheduled appointment, but I was sent to wait for even longer. There is no organization here, and the employees are very rude. Go to any other Planned Parenthood offices and you will be seen quickly, treated nicely and sent home with whatever you need. Don't come here.
I drove for an hour to get there to learn that my health insurance was not going to be covered even though in the online appointment system said that they took my insurance. what a waste of time

I never write reviews... literally ever. But, I just want it to be mentioned that the doctor at this planned parenthood is absolutely amazing, honestly he was the only good part about this whole experience but i still felt it was necessary to write a review because he was so amazing. The doctor made me feel really comfortable & was very professional & the poor guy had SO many people (seriously like 100 patients in one day) & i was the last one by the end of the day & he was just awesome. With that being said, the ladies at the reception where you check in are awful & extremely rude & a lot of the nurses were also. I was there from 11 am to 6pm, it was a very long wait & although the majority of the staff sucked, im really glad i went because of the doctor.
