Very friendly and attentive.
His dedication and hard work to his job as manager made us, as well other guests, feel as comfortable as the situation could allow.
My family and I had a great stay. The refrigerator was broken and the manager came and changed it out within minutes. We stayed there from Sunday until Friday no problems the staff was helpful with information about the parks. The housekeeping came everyday to see if we needed service. The breakfast was hot and area was cleaned by wait staff who was very pleasant and helpful.
Very professional and polite staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was close to all attractions. Breakfast area was adequate and well supplied with hot and cold items.
Nice hotel to stay in on a budget. Outdoor pool area was nice, although the washrooms could probably use a bit of work. Room was nice and clean, and the bed was soft. Check in staff was really friendly and pleasant, she even took time to talk to our kids while we loaded our trolly. TV was just over the air i believe.

One of our rooms had roaches and when we were moved to another room the a/c sounded like a diesel truck. The bathroom fans are also extremely noisy. Breakfast is ok but very small area and limited choices vs other comfort inns that are around the area. There is also only 1 elevator for the entire hotel.
The only thing I would have to ask of them is to switch the breakfast menu up sometimes with scrambled eggs and bacon.
We booked a room in this hotel the day before hurricane Irma and stayed all the way through the storm.
