Location was so so. I woke up with bed bug bite marks. Front desk clerk said it was due to changing detergents. She said she had other complaints about the sheets. No empathy at all. No need to check this place out. Now I have discoloration, my hands and legs are swollen. I doubt that it cane from detergent.
P.s., toilet had trouble flushing, and my mom's tub was filthy. She had to wear flip flops to shower.
Don't stay not worth it****
The room was a decent size, but the bathroom was absolutely Gross. The tub had hair in it and there was a ring around the tub. There was a dirty was Wash Cloth hanging from the shower rod which leads me to believe that no one cleaned the bathroom. There were no wash cloth hanging up either. So we go back to the front desk to ask for some wash cloth and was told they they ran out of clean wash cloth. No Really!!!! Phone did not work. For what we paid for the room the least they could have done was make sure the room was cleaned and fully stocked!!!
The price was good. We had a reservation for 4 people and are room only started with 2 towels and hand towels and no wash clothes. At 2 in the morning he fire alarm started beeping low battery. This should be check often so this doesn't happen when guest are sleeping.i tried to call the desk and the room phone wouldn't work and after calling on my cell phone they told us to just take the batteries out. The maintenance man knocked on the door at 8 am to did it after we were up at 2am trying to get it off. Before we went out for the day I told the front desk about everything and asked for more towels. The towels were never brought to the room. They came in and half ass made the bed and got dirty towels but never replaced the towels. The phone and fire alarm were fixed while we were gone. When we returned we asked for towels. We had to walk to the laundry room with the house keeper to get them. They only had the big hand towels. We asked for wash clothes and they didn't have any. The pool and hot tub was nice but No towels by the pool.
The room, bedsheets, and bathroom left me feeling well rested and refreshed. The wifi was next to non-existent, running at a snail's pace, if even able to connect. All in all, a "good" hotel experience
Apparently, we got lucky. The room was decent sized, mostly clean, and very affordable. The phone didn't work and there were light stains on the sheets, but we have dealt with far worse conditions in much nicer hotels. No sign of bugs. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
