The room came with only 2 towels (thank goodness I brought my own) and it took 20 min for the water to become warm in the shower. One of the pillows on the bed had makeup marks on them so we did not use that one. The sheets on the bed weren't fitted so they came off during the night.
Please avoid the headache of this hotel and find somewhere else to stay!!
The key to the room was an actual key, and they gave you a remote to bring up to the room. There's a $10 key/remote charge due at time of check in, in cash, that you will get back at checkout. Once we got up to the room, there was no trash can in the room, no hangers, and one of the lamps was missing a lightbulb, and 2 others were missing lampshades.
The location in Orlando on West Irlo Bronson deserves no stars. The woman at the counter was on her personal phone texting for over 2 minutes when I came in. She told me to wait and checked her phone 3 times as she checked me in. The first room did not have a working A.C.. This could have been remedied quickly, but with only 1 other room and no sister hotels with availability, the group of 3 sets of guests took 45 minutes to resolve. When we finally entered room number 2, it was grose. The floors were damp, and the walls, furniture, and decor were all in need if repair. The room was musty and if we had had other options open in the area, we would have left.
THIS RATING IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF NOT THE HOTEL ROOM ITSELF!!. I can't remember the daytime front desk clerks name but she was very helpful. I wasn't pleased with the rooms and she tried her best to accommodate me and my family. She was the sweetest thing. Her professionalism and customer service is better than what I have sometimes experienced at other places.
Most unsatisfactory, roach infested, run down, unsanitary hotel ever!!!!! Keep your family away!!!!!
The fridge has rust and mold inside!!! The handle on the exit door was falling off!! It didn't lock!! The bathroom door got stuck and child was unable to get out!! I had to get housekeeping to assist with opening the bathroom door for my frantic child!!!!! No refund!! No I'm sorry!!! Not anything! What a disappointment!!!!
Worst place ever! Came for 2 nights and i found cockroaches in the room i went to the front desk and asked for another room and i found more cockroaches again,went back for third time with another room and no cockroaches thistime but i found ants in the sheets on my bed and dirty carpet! Horrible...!!! Next day i left early and i came back to my room and nobody came to clean the room like any hotel or motel do for maintenance and they said that in the rules only clean rooms twice a week discusting! Pool area with garbage on the pool not clean at all.... finally somebody came to clean the room because I have to spoke with the owner or supervisor to do it for me and noticed that it was dirty and gave me as a forth time a clean room!!! NEVER COMING BACK..!!!!!! No recommended !!!!! The customer service from the front desk terrible coudnt handle the situation!!!
We stayed 2 nights and they didn't come in after the first night to clean and straighten anything. On the second night there was also a bug on the bed and I don't know what kind it was because I was so freaked out I smashed it and flicked it away, but couldn't find it on the floor.
My husband and I stayed here because our normal place was sold out. Now, I wasn't expecting much for $41 per night, but if I could give this hotel 0 stars I would.
