Location-wise, I wouldn't recommend staying here without a vehicle. Other than a couple of generic diner type restaurants, a 7-11 and thousands of gift shops with rip-off Disney products there is nothing to do within walking distance. They are very close to Disney with shuttles to and from the park, however.
Spent the weekend and enjoyed it very much . My daughter booked and paid for room for my birthday . Misha handled everything. She was very helpful and even decorated room for my birthday . that made it all the more special for me. She is very good employee and deserves recognition. I wanted to thank her in person but never saw her. The room was very nice and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Thank you for making my birthday weekend even better
Affordable, clean, well managed. Parking in front of rooms make it convenient for shoppers. Larger rooms. Some accessible rooms available for wheelchair access. Best receptionist I have come across in a long time. No bar however it is planned to open in January. Many pools.Close to everything.
O hotel tem uma localização EXCELENTE, próximo aos parques, lojas etc.. Há um supermercado ao lado do hotel, o que ajuda para as compras de comida extra, o que é importante para uma viagem em família. Levando em consideração as distâncias nos EUA e a ausência de transporte público, todavia, é indispensável locar um carro. A estrutura do hotel lembra a dos comuns motéis dos EUA: os quartos têm a porta para o estacionamento, sem que exista uma área comum. Há um prédio de recepção e onde se encontram restaurante, piscina etc., mas não há continuidade entre as áreas, o que pode ser um problema para quem não está acostumado ou para quem precisa de outros serviços de hospedagem. Sobre o quarto em si, ele é amplo, confortável e possui as amenidades comuns para o preço que se paga. Nada especial, mas nenhum problema.

Stayed for 7 nights, beds were comfy enough and clean. Room was updated. The pool was refreshing. Overall its a nice room for the value. Staff was very nice. The only things I would say that were a bummer, the bar/restaurant was not open in time for our stay, and there were not very many places within a 1-2 mile walk to have a couple drinks after a long day to relax and also the free shuttle times aren't super convenient. But overall the place was good for what it was.
Upon arriving at the hotel we were informed that there was an additional "resort fee" of nearly ten dollars a day, which they claim is used to provide services that most hotels include in their advertised pricing such as the pool, laundry room, and shuttle services (which we had to pay extra for anyway). They also do not provide several services that most hotels do, such as breakfasts and a common room. Upon getting into the room we immediately noticed that the AC unit had been leaking and the carpet was audibly squishy and soaked. We were given another room with no issues. Housekeeping failed to collect and replace towels reliably, refolding and placing soiled towels instead or taking them but not providing replacements several times. The ice bucket did not have a bag at any point during our stay.
