In particular I praise the technician who came to my home. His name is Donnie Atwood. I know that all of their employees are background checked so I was told this to begin with which made me feel safe for a stranger coming into my home. Donnie exceeded any expectation I would have of someone...a stranger to me come into my home to do any kind of work.
The entire team at ACE is extremely professional and does what is right for their customers. One year after having a new unit and duct work installed they came out for a routine service and found an issue. They brought it to my attention and within a few days had a team out to replace the parts under warranty and the following week replaced all of the duct work at no cost to me. They are very honest and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and Family.

Very nice staff, well trained, friendly. Had a lot of plumbing issues and everything was shown to me prior to service being done. I was presented with all options. Was not bullied or forced to make a choice. Very happy with service done. Would highly recommend this company to others!
I just had a service call from Ace, that does Electrical, Plumbing, air conditioning, and solar. I needed them to come out and check my outlet for my dryer to make sure it was okay. He came out within the window as relayed by the dispatch. The tech is very personable, knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and patient in his answers to questions i had. I will definitely use ACE for all my electrical issues.
Manny as usual was very polite and efficient in his visit to our home. He explained the problem with me and my wife. Explained what needed to be done and then scheduled the needed repairs. As we had no hot water, getting this done on a Holiday week-end was most efficient. We appreciate Manny and Ace for their work.
