So I called Roto-Rooter and they had a plumbing technician out in a little under 2 hours. Michael (tech #4957) was a genuine gentleman. Was very kind and courteous and gave nothing short of world class service. Especially since it was later at night (around 10:30pm) and I could still count on them to deliver. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I've never felt more comfortable or confident in a service technician than I did tonight! He was definitely my savior! I will definitely use them again! and ask for Michael every time if I can!!!!
We were having problems with our sewer line. After draining the tub or using the washing machine our toilets would gurgle. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a tech out to my house within the hour. After answering a few questions they had asked they immediately knew the problem. They were able to clean my line out and cleaned any mess that they made. They answered all the questions that I had. Both techs were very well mannered and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems you may have.
Even on a holiday weekend, they were responsive. Tom, our technician, was knowledgeable, competent and courteous. Very professional. We liked the professionalism, expertise and timeliness of their services. We would highly recommend them!

I was very happy with the service I received from Roto Rooter the day before Thanksgiving. 2017. The technition I had was really great. Noel explained what needed to be done and why, cost of complete job. Plus a lot of tips on how to prevent drain problems. The price was fair and service was great. Plus wait time for plumber to arrive, was about an hour. Highly recommend. No pressure on decisions or rush to make a decision. Will use again.
