Worst people I have ever had to deal with. They charge you 50.00 for anything they had to come fix. Our water heater pilot light stopped working twice within 2 months. No hot water. We tried it getting started for 3 days still nothing worked. Finally had to call them and apparently we didn’t put in enough effort to start it. I was told. You would think the right to a hot shower should be basic but nope. Things that got replaced since we moved here: a leaky toilet, a leaking gas stove, a bent coil in the air conditioner and we’ve had the upstairs light switch when turned on flipped a breaker and shut off all the electricity downstairs. I’ve never had so many issues in a house before. I’m playing with my life here.So to anyone desperate to rent a home with this company do not. If you value the safety of your kids and family’s well being do not. Property management is not their forte.

Poor property management- saw visit by Michael and only very brief to inspect home to ensure property was maintained by tenant in. 2 years. Property managet was unprofessional and never followed up on issues. Nickel and dimed you for issues when vacated. home and left in great condition only to say theu had to clean up. I had pics. Beware of this group. PM very unprofessional.
