BE VERY CAREFUL. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT, do not trust your Realtor, they may not walk you through the contract in its entirety. They will not tell you the whole truth even if you ask specific questions. You will not be able to get out of your contract if you are unhappy with the service or need to let them go for any reason.
Have been working with Mr.Fischer to locate a new office space in Kissimmee. He's very well informed, friendly, and service oriented. Highly recommended.
Much too expensive for the type of work they are doing...I am in the same line of work.
After over 2 years of service they are not allowing me to discontinue service with them unless I pay a monthly charge (10%; very high + tenant finding fee + 3% of all annual leases) until the tenant they placed (that I paid a tenant finding fee for) vacates.
Nermina was not friendly and tried to rip us off.
