My husband and I are a first time buyers and we are very excited about the decision we made. Now this place was our first stop. I didnt stay there not even two seconds why. Because the girl in front desk. My husband was asking her question and she rolled her eyes and made a face. Now listen I will never in a millions year look at a person this way if it comes to bussiness. I will never recommend this place to nobody I know. I been living in Ponciana for 17 years. And im glad im not buying a house with this company.
I wish there was a less than zero star because they are a bunch of thieves. Never ever ever ever ever ever trust them with anything. They're rude and very desrespectful and unreliable.
I was completely frustrated with the whole buying process. I had a friend who was an agent that just couldn’t get the job done. We submitted contract after contract with nothing getting accepted. I think I was being “coached” poorly on what to offer. Then I decided to go to the professionals who do this all day long and not part time. What a difference. I was able to get the home I wanted at a great price. Wilma, was knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased I decided to keep my friend as a friend and leave the business up to the pros.
