When we arrive we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Then after we were seated we waited 15 minutes and we're never even attended to. at that point I looked around to see what was going on and I realized that the people who arrived after we did or being served. The waitress was completely unprofessional. so after arriving and waiting around basically for 25 minutes we decided to get up and leave. We were very hungry you let the manager know that we were not pleased so we left.
New management is terrible. Refuses to schedule enough people. Kitchen and wait staff look like they are killing themselves. We waited a half hour to be seated and 20 minutes to be greeted and have our drink and food order taken. We then waited another 30 minutes for our food after our server decided to make it herself. This is in no way a reflection on the staff. This is an issue of management and scheduling. I can’t imagine the turnover at this place because I would never work under this stress. We will never be back.
Went in on Monday around 7am, there was about 5 small tables with guest that morning. The food was good, our waitress was wonderful, hostess on top of things so customer service was really good. I put 4 stars because the ladies bathroom was filthy so I brought it to their attention and they sent someone out to clean it immediately. I went to use the restroom as we was leaving being I didn't use it when it was dirty, it was still filthy. The person had taken out the trash and nothing else. Just unreal.
It was bad service.yes we were a big party so it was ok we waited 20 mins to be seated then i ordered build a ⛄ for my 7 year old daughter after waiting a hour for food the brought it out with nothibg on it to build it no face or nothing my daughter started crying she was so upset i wish i would of known they was missing alot of ingredients... NEVER AGAIN
Worst Denny’s I have been too. The waiters are super rude and we didn’t even get to eat. Don’t waste your time going there. The person in charge didn’t even do anything to accommodate us after telling him about the rude waiter. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
