Tijuana flats team- today was one of those long, long days that moms sometimes have where they have a million things to do and it's late at night and their husbands are hungry and the baby is finally sleeping in the back seat so you are held captive in your car. Well, I called you and even though you don't do curbside delivery, you made an exception. I just wanted to say THANK-YOU! Shelby was so kind and you saved the day with your warm hearts and chimichangas! Sincerely,happy mama!
So absolutely disappointed in this location. I ordered my food. After battling through rush hour traffic, to pick up my food & then battling more traffic to get back home, I found out I was given the wrong order. I called & was put on hold to speak to a manager for an extremely long time. The manager comes on the line & proceeded to explain that she was made aware that my order was incorrect as soon as I left the store but could not contact me because my number was not on file. She told me she would have my meal redone & also provide me with store credit for a future meal. I returned to pick up my new order only to notice that the ticket read 6:24pm. It was now 8:300pm. I don't live very close to the restaurant so when I noticed that my food was practically frozen I asked for the manager again. She then said she'd remake my food again. When she came back out, the chips were soggy & my meal was rock hard. I told her I believed she reheated the meal to which she offered me to follow her into the kitchen to watch her remake the meal again. I felt that the situation was handled so unprofessionally that I just requested a refund since I lost my appetite from the unpleasant experience. It seems to me that Tijuana flats is managed by inexperienced young people that seem more like teenagers. I don't recommend this location. The one in Saint Cloud has their stuff together. I'll go there next time even though it's further from my house.
