The cashier named Val in the Kissimmee, FL store by The Loop, was quite rude! She assumed that because 2 people were standing together at her register, that we were checking out together. We were 2 separate transactions. She started arguing with us. Could go on with much more, but I'll stop here. She has No clue what customer service is about! She should work behind the scenes...not out where there are customers. If I could rate her service a "0", I definitely would...but this makes you choose at least a 1.
Great selection of tech gadgets and parts. I always enjoy looking at all the new gear at this location. The staff is always friendly and attentive. This is a great shop
Everything was going well, the employee in games department was very nice and helped me find my ps4 and every game I needed and it all closed out perfect. But then I walk over to the computer department and I stand in line waiting to be assisted and I see these 2 employees talking about how other departments are not doing their job and assisting clients. Meanwhile I'm standing there just waiting to be assisted and completely being ignored by these diva employees not doing THEIR job. So I walk away and go to the mobile department and in less than 3 seconds this other employee quickly stops running some reports just to ask "can I help you?" I praised her and said I wish to file a complaint. She calls the manager and it turns out the employee I wished to complain about WAS THE MANAGER HIMSELF!. I told him how I heard everything he said about the other departments and it was ridiculous for him to say that when he himself ignored me and didn't do HIS job. He apologized but didn't even attempt to make it right what he did or anything. It was a good experience turned dumb. I would've rated it 1 star if it wasn't for those 2 employees that actually did their job. 11-20-2017
I give it 4 stars because 4 of the employees who actually work in the specific areas I was shopping in had very, very little knowledge of their sections, and had to call for someone with knowledge which took at least an extra half hour of waiting time. Please train your employees properly before sending them on there own.
Gerardo Is the best person to go to if you're looking to buy TV's and sound bars. He is Very knowledgeable , professional , Honest, And he loves what he do. I spent quite a time with him and not once I felt like he I wanted to leave. He deserve a Raise and a promotion. He had answers to every question in every products. I highly recommend everyone to goto him for help. He gets 5 Stars!!
